I have VERY weird looking indicators compare to chart on all Euro pairs. I saw my lovely 1780( even 25 pips higher) what's next? I sold. Let's see where it's taking me.

As we all can see, the EUR has been making several intraday highs since the 06Oct's low (btw, I only use the D1 chart to plan all my trades) ...
If we notice, actually that low is a "rebound" of a "strong" support which was formed @ Low-of-17Aug ...
But since the EUR had been in a "very long" uptrend since Jan-2017, it's bound to reverse sooner or later ...
As within any movement there's no telling how far it can go (although we can spot several possible resistances in this case), for now, I'm going to play it "safe" by using the Low-of-06Oct as my trigger for a sell trade ...

eur/usd seem to be stuck between 1.1667 - 1.1875.
Short term the range looks like to be 1.17100 - 1.1780/1.179
What would you think

If one is to go by price action and a few important levels ,,,,,,,,,the mkt powers that be decided it was going to be an up day in the eur way back in the asian session ,,,,,price jumped above a daily price average ,,,,,the best trades long with the mkt has come from around that average ,,,,,nice bull flag pattern drawn on this chart ,,,,,, London didnt turn it ,,,,,, as of yet the US session didnt turn it or the 10 am option expiry time hasent turned it ,,chances of it chipping away at the highs for a bit till London closes are pretty good, full blown reversal at this stage probably not very likely for the day ,,,,,,scalps short back to average and longs to try and take out the highs probably the order till last weeks high ,also the quarterly open area is taken out or the end of the day ,,,,,,price and a few averages can give you some clues man and levels that mean something from a longer time frame ,,,,,,,,,,,,I have closed some more of my longs from 1720 and 25 , had a boat load more long scalps , chart shows where I took them,,,,,,,,,will see if the flag projection can be met,,,,,,,,,,mkts do not have to be a mystery my friend ,never easy but process of elimination can really stack the odds in your favor

Closing all my longs here.. will wait until bulls take a breath while nearing end of London session.. no shorting yet.. only waiting for new opportunities on both sides with bullish bias.. Today's daily candle closing price is at upmost importance for me as I mentioned earlier.. will decide after midnight..

me too. Waiting for the catalan news. If anything goes wrong it'll be a lower week for euro

cleared all day trade longs on the pop to 1815 here, stps on few remaining from lower bumped up to just under 1750,

is anyone seeing this going back down after catalan PM speaking in 40 minutes?
or after tomorrow FOMC minutes?
i understand that dragi is speaking tomorrow as well...

Very true. Can't agree more.

My my problem is I have to plan my trades way ahead of market. Rest of the day I am just monitoring. So far everything going according to my plan. I was expecting 1823, but easily can extend to 1850. If my stop hits so be it. I will find another trade.

Downward pressure on the H4 is increasing. Very good tails are forming. Market in H4 closing below the previous candles tails. Expecting a Dogi. Not sure. Catalan is big drag fro euro. I still dont see a upside for euro.

Spain/Catalonia is already priced in.
Blackrock bought Spain bonds on price and will continue to buy any lower price for a LONG in the ten years time range.
There are strong indications like these, for the entire event already being priced in, and if you don't know who Blackrock are and what they do when they say "we just bought a little bit of Spain because we get a good price there", well....
Don't put too much weight into the Spain thing. It sure does put the breaks on, but it wont cause a "crash" on your beloved EUR/USD, no matter the outcome. There are too many other factors in this (single pair).

Todays Close is very critical for my position.
For now, it looks just fine. I don't like the rejections in the H4 candles, these keep me on my toes, but if we close above 1.179, I'm positive.
I don't care if it snails up, as long as it moves into the right direction.
So far, so good

PS: I don't dare to "be right".
If it goes up, I trade long. If it goes down, I trade short.
And, actualy, sometimes I do it the other way around

The EURUSD is still trying to break above the 1.1800 level, but it has not confirmed a real breakout. Therefore, the pair may try to go back down to the 1.1700 level. In order for the pair to go back to its bullish mid-term trend, it must break above the 1.2100 level.

Expect one more push up through the night and in the morning.

Tomorrow EURUSD will change trend direction, start of negative trajectory.

Long time no see mate.
Just a little heads up on weekly.
Bullish momentum is out of juice while monthly still supports to the upside (for now), indicating retrace is due.
It can pierce through the weekly high, but I think it will be to trap buyers.

Okay.. my conclusion after daily candle closing above 1.08 is that bullish strength will be in play for this week..

I don't want to speculate on what could happen after here.. what I see is that 1.1792 -1.1802 is now nearest candidate for support. If that level breaks our next support would be the stubborn 1.1750/65 area..

My bias for Wednesday is between neutral to bullish.. therefore I am still planning to buy the dips.. (especially while above 1.1750)
