Intraday noise caused by Vola spikes that trigger very large orders to close. It's 20 minutes of pure violence in which very few people make shit tons of money and very many people learn about "stay out of this shit" the hard way. Happens once a month and is all very normal

Look at Gold, WTI, UJ. This is where some more serious shit happens. Also a small blip in the Dow caused by a very brave man speaking some truth on Bloomberg TV (who is now probably looking for a new job).
But that's it.
Barely a blip on the EU. In reality, a very small strawfire compared to what we use to see on NFP fridays.
Also, they desperatly need a stronger $$, so they do their very best to try talk some strength into it (where there is no strength). Listening to Bloomberg talking about the $$ I often wonder if I'm looking at the same charts.

Anyhow, solid nonevent.
5 minute charts be like "panic paaaaanic"
Larger timeframes be like "eh... lol?"

was that just a spike down and testing 1.1660-1.1670 area?
i just can't see any reason to break down.
i was short on NFP, only 26 pips. touched my TS

We don't know yet.. either price needs to go above 1.1705 or below 1.1685.. ignoring the spike (the long tail of the recent candle) is the best for now..

One more thing: 1.1666 might become the devil's support if you believe in black magic hahaha just kidding..

unemployment is only the people that have successfully applied for and gotten unemployment...i think actually unemployment has not improved.

not really a good week for me. About 200 pips I am banking. It's about 1% this week. Got in car accident last night and after that couldn't prep myself for NFP so no trading for me today. I see lower number predicted hit perfectly. More likely we continue course down. Next week doesn't have much fundamental data so technical analysis in place with further trading levels. Good luck everyone!

Not that simple formula for unemployment rate, but that's not the point to me; we had steady job growth and lacked wage growth. It's ok, considering September circumstances, to loose few jobs, when there is consumer inflation. Anyway I'm bullish for DXY after the news at least short term.

some say, that the increase in hourly earnings is align with the lower employment numbers as those lower payed jobs are the first to be cut. thus average rising. So what do these numbers say in the end?

Strong bull break out of trading range and top of triangle, crap follow through, bear doji. Followed up by a weak bull channel, then a 2 bar pullback which formed a dbl bottom low one buy signal. Weak follow through again, then a buy vacuum to top of range. Good for scalps, but still tough trading, if scalping is your thing.

Good trading yall, or not, Im happy to take your pips! lol

The "simple" in "keep it simple" means "don't turn things even more complicated since they already are", but you are taking it like it would mean "easy".. In my understanding you are actually trying to say "nothing is easy in trading" right? There I agree.. because since simple is not the same with easy.. especially not inside the context you are complaining about.. that sentence could be re-phrased as follows:

"..trading is not easy, therefore keep things simple --> don't complicate!"

Now, not complicating things shouldn't be that difficult.. but... yeah I hear you.. people still want to complicate.. no matter what you tell them.. lol.. it is what it is..
