You didn't realise there are some people can't see them as scam even scamdetector reveal the case?

They can't see the proof to be scam broker. How could registered and regulated under VFSC can be seen?

So what ? Any registrar is simply a way for states to receive additional profits in their coffers and licenses they will give to all who want to buy them. So any broker licensed can be a scam. Since all licenses were bought and will be bought. Only in order tо investors, traders and others believe that they will be protected. Based on your words, all brokers who have any regulation are scam.

this broker is different. jordans history was pure fake, it was waited until the money in is high enough, then the money was killed.
we dont speak here about a normal pamm, it is just a fraud business modell.

is like a ponzi, you pay out people with money people bring you in, and when its enough in you let it crash by simple trade extrem values and dont let people withdraw. any pamm can be setuped easy that you can go in and out with money each day (most on rollover), no reasons to have this onces per week. all is designed , so it will have best chances to kill accounts. just wait until your border is reached. you can fake any wins until you will kill account. until the faked wins you dont need to put out, you lose nothing. people who have this fake wins in account even pay in more and more clients will come to this broker, so you can fake best whats possible.

its so easy to see as so big fraud, so no comparison to normal brokers tricks, this things is designed for complete money fraud.

Some people can be really gullible, some are greedy, some are HYIP investors but trying forex, some are genuine traders, some know everything but can't trade , some always finding fault of others, some smell everything Scum and scam in forex but still wasting time in forex forum , some looks like normal forum participant but passive supporter of scum brokers.

Now good regulations just paper promises. You know what happened with Alpari UK debacle , still many yet to receive money. So trade only with amount which you can afford to loose, be it anything. Scary ? better trade stock market in local stock exchanges. Forex is risky place .

all this risks was easy possible to avoid, you only need to learn the ground basics step by step before you do your first demo account trade. then you know how to avoid each risk or what risk you dont want to avoid if you want and accept same time.

people dont know how to learn or dont want learn, they will earn money and this fast, thats the big problem in short words.

Yes you are right. But I see just Jordan mistake. And the rest of the chatter is empty and meaningless. We do not have any evidence. And guesses are built only by stupid people. And yes, I see in your words a grain of truth, but we have no proof.

there is evidence. his history was big fake, the broker designed to perfect scam people (more perfect impossible), this fraud was done before by this broker same way and new fraud pamm are already there for presenting same.

what evidence you want more? that this broker say, yes we did it? or the pamm manager?
i see not one sign that its not. so i would do it opposite like you, if i see more evidence this is no fraud then it is fraud, then you are right.

Proof! You are right . Proof is required.
Here is your proof of the broker being involved.
I have seen PAMM accounts of many brokers. I opened PAMM Manager Accounts in few brokers as well as Investor accounts with other PAMM managers in those same brokers. Now as an investor I could make withdrawal from my investor account without the PAMM manager being affected. Whatever trades were in losses was closed only in my PAMM investor accounts without the Manager's account being affected. Now when the trading period ended in the case of Jordan the withdrawal of investors should have been honored and withdrawal transferred . Those investor accounts would have been at a loss of 10% or 20% as was the case. But the withdrawals were suspended by the broker leading to losses of 95%. This is enough proof for me to believe that the broker was hand in glove with Jordan in this racket.

and this is only one little proof from so many more. even this 1 week trading session is not normal, any normal pamm gives you daily the chance to go in or out, and even cancel pamm agreement immediatly in urgent cases.

Just visited the Accent website.. and made me more carefull to a broker which is offering "un realistic" bonus..such as deposit bonus 30%, 50%..and more.

Base on my (newbie) experience, better to trade with a regulated brokerage, such as NFA, FCA or ASIC...

Yes,you totaly right. If there is an amount that you are not afraid to lose, then only with this money should you trade and rely on them. And do not be stupid and invest your last savings in a risky venture.
it can have many reasons why this event did come to this time, but not that is fraud.

maybe it was at this time, because many of the wins was no real wins, only done virtual, and after this higher drawdown people did write they will have money back after this trading session. so when so many pay out, broker would have to pay money whats not there, so only chance to kill account so fast as possible and dont let some pay out. very easy. so increasing trading amounts to full margin and same time increasing trading session time, noone can withdraw and you have time to kill account. if you got correct direction with wins first time, next time you do more amount and so on... you will get it ins this 1 week to kill the account on the end.

but who knows, about why exactly this time, this i can only guess. the rest is near sure. but the chance it was because many liked to get pay out there wins, and there was not wins because of fake trades is not so small, or maybe the money was big enough for get in killed to restart new, many possibilities.......

NFA/CFTC better but good margin requirements and allow you to trade future contracts mainly. A few spot brokers there , will pain you in slippage and leverage.

FCA good but when real situation comes (like Alpari UK) ..so skeptical.

ASIC ..Some brokers really doing good under this regulator. But has to remember if anything happen..Australian citizens only protected.

For me brokers who process faster withdrawals ..Good.

noone helps you when something happens, the best case is you have to wait many month or years until you get money back from security fund.

better is learning basics and secure the money by your own, if you have more then protected by security fund or law or you want not wait many months for this money.

and yes, brokers who pay out same day you tell them ,that should be normal way.

I see you, too, was mistaken as I was yesterday and got into the archive. With bonuses that no longer exists.

Biggest investor had the username of simpan with over 180K. That's gotta hurt. It's enough to buy a cheap house with. A search shows that simpan is an Indonesian word meaning to save or store. Not much of that happening evidently, but maybe he's bitching about his loss on a non-english forum.
The other blue coloured share was Jordans 530K. Whether that's real or not is debatable.

but wait! you have to look how much was transfered as own money (difficult to see, i dont know how long people do this already). in this money are the wins from months before calculated in or (at least the fake wins maybe). or was he investing at the last days?

We'll never know.... Maybe even simpan is a fake investor placed there to encourage other real investors to invest more. Just a thought.
