It was not a crytic to you, I just took the "go" from your post: if i do not mention a name it means i'm speaking to all and no one; it is just a discussion.

So again, you cannot overcome this stuff with a deterministic reasoning because it is limited.

I can tell you that cognitive dissonance expecially has a lot to do with your thinking; for the rest of this reply please read again post 1,055 about which here is the synthesis: I won't ever tell you what is the right mindset as it's your work to overcome this topic throughout your own work and research.
In this thread there are a lot of clues about where and what to look for as many as you won't ever find in any other thread.
If you are not able to go ahead on your own it means you are not ready to understand yet, so doing feed spoon would be a waste of time;
if you are able to go ahead but you are too lazy to do it, would be again a waste of time.

In Germany there is a similar nonsense quote like "95% of the time price will close above or below the open".

It's:
"nachts ist es kälter als draußen" .

Translation:
"at night it's colder than outside".

Go figure.

It is your problem.
However I too have not a high consideration of the so called gurus, so I did all by myself, reading here and there filtering the shit and re-elaborating my way on; it costed me a lot of work and time, but most likely it was the only way I could make it

One cannot understand what CP is talking about, without giving it a deep thought, using your minds eye to look at it and doing the hardwork neccesary. Great post CP

As both the open time and timeframe of a candlestick can be random, basically it's saying, pick any two moments in a market, the price of those two moments will be different 95% of the cases.

here is last week using my adaptation of seneca pilots method

placing orders as per the method at session start and letting trades play out, always trading the nearest and strongest high or low line first

i did not know trading could be so simple (it was my first try at this so would have caught an extra trade in there)
