Imho, a 4H close above trend line resistance validates a potential short term correction. It would seem likely that 7871 area needs to be tested. Maybe a retest of the broken trend line first.

Zoom out to weekly/monthly looks like a down. It's all relative to risk appetite.

agree weekly has 2 massive red candles+Feds potential raising rates before year's end should push AU below 77
on short term 7860-80 could be achieved.

On downtrend selling rallies applies here in my view

TP1 @ 7865 achieved. All SLs moved up to 7830

Weekly pivot ( which also happens to be the Daily R3) @ 7871 is being tested now and should provide formidable resistance in the short term. A break through would open up the door to the 7920-35 area where I would be looking to liquidate the rest of my long positions and get short depending on price action.

Closed all positions. Decided to book the pips as price action around the weekly pivot looks suspect

this pair is going to get smashed if it can't get above 0.7870

bad trade balance and retail sales will cause it to fall hard

have to wait until the Asian session to enter a short position
