It's very easy to look trades at history. I understand that we must wait to close the htf candle or even two candles to confirm the direction coz pullback may be very long and always stopped the trades with losses. Just caught 2 trades: one b/e and other 3 to 1, both waited candle oh the htf. The third trade loss without waiting, pullback was very nice to brn.

Last stop for today))Summary: 1 BE, 3 losers, 1 winner - zero day... something I'm doing wrong with these cycles...

Hi. I have taken a quick look at your chart. I annotated with Dee's template. I would suggest keeping away from the 3 pip chart, it is easy to get molested unless one has a truckload of experience. I would suggest you focus on 10 and 5. I see you are focusing a lot on sto cycle, but in my view, it a valuable tool to add to your analysis, but not to trade blindly on it alone. The stoch cycle in combination with the macd can keep you on the right side of the fence.
P.S. look left on your chart, the 10 pip one...there are more clues i see. Best, Josh

I mix 2 strategies Jaquemate and Dee xD . I prefer use RSI dot , cuz for me its better look divergencys , No forget 1-2-3 pattern its very helpful.

BRNs Big Round Numbers. 1200, 1250 are BRNs anything in between is not. I would suggest changing your horizontal line settings or Highliting the BRNs. Divergences at S&R or BRNs should be taken notice of, Divergences any where else in no mans land, ignore. Like Joshua said, Stoch cycle is an indicator, don't blindly follow an indicator unless you have sat and watched it for at least 2 weeks learning all it's vagaries and nuances and be aware that "any" indicator will change how it signals depending on market conditions, e.g. PA is much more erratic now than it was 18 months ago, 6 steps forward 5 steps back 7 steps forward 6 steps back 11 steps forward 13 steps back 6 steps forward 5 steps back etc etc, the days of clear trend runs are few and far between

For the ambitious among you who want to look at faster charts or would like to see what Lance Beggs is looking at in more detail, here is a Custom Time Frame Generator, use it to generate 15 seconds charts. Place the EA in your Experts folder put it on a 1 minute chart set your Offline chart ID number just as if you are creating a Renko chart. open the offline chart but be aware this generator creates bars as the LIVE Data comes in it does not generate a chart from history so to start you will not see any thing on the chart until enough data has come in to generate a bar so give it a few minutes. Enjoy.

Any reason why?

Hello all,

What do you do during these days? How is it working for you this strategy due to the fact that the volatility decreased drastically during last few days?
Did you move to other products? Do you wait for a better volatility?
I just accommodated with this strategy and I do not have what to trade

Nice pips! Not greedy and well played.
The wedge that has formed on the 10 should not be ignored. As for the divergences on the 10, i would take them with a pinch of salt, as we are still in a rather strong trend. Now, which way will it break?Hmm...

You can trade any instrument at any time, but i would highly recommend that you mark your S/R, put fibs, and see whats is happening on the big chart before you do. In other words, I would not just jump in without preparing.
I don't switch because it is relevant to know how to trade whatever the market throws at you.

I think you can trade any instrument like josh said, as for now the dax is not moving enough so i enter just in low risk trades and added gold as a second instrument to search opportunities while the dax sleeping.

I download The Renko v3 ea and moved it to my experts folder, but for some reason it does not show up on the experts on the platform. Even after restarting the platform. I have other eas already there and have used them before. Can any one help me with this.

How to set up a renko chart has been covered hundreds of times in this thread. Do you see the search function on this page? Try "set up renko chart"....

I would highly recommend to buy omnia indicator. Its flawless and has many features. Well worth the investment.
