Yep. My account allows me to trade up to 10.0 volume but I rolled back to 0.1 and sometimes even 0.05. Yes it's small profit dollarwise but I don't measure my profit in dollars anymore. I don't depend on forex profit ( means it's not my source of income) so it allows me to concentrate on my trading plan . I always thought I could make consistent profit from day to day ( 10-20-30 pip target) but it was only taking mo money every day. Week after week. Now I am concentrating on safety .

As speculated, the H1 engulfing candles did their job in London - New York. It was good for at least 20-40 pips. I usually hit these when I know the pair is in a M and W trend. For EUR, the M & W trend is UP.

wow. I envy you. I would like to get to the point, that things line up. But I didn't find my way yet. In fact it rather feels as if it never will. Not that I don't make pips, but it doesn't feel correct the way I do it. It's not a lot anyway. It's more like 'good luck'...

If you just started it's normal. DO NOT GIVE UP! Believe me it's long and nasty road. ( at least it was for me) I will give you technical things that might help you ( of course if you already don't have them ) study deep; supply demand zone and how to use them, pivot point and indicators ( plenty on Ff to download) , Price action ( what it is and how to use it) divergence ( it's my favorite thing) fibo levels and how to use them. Forget fundamentals for now and concentrate on technical only, avoid trading on big news( its gambling- avoid gambling). Read apply Read again Apply Again and so on and so on. Follow ATA he is one of the most knowledge trader and technical specialists. He will help if you ask nice.. Good luck to you. Ask me whatever you want to know if I can help I will.

Out with +20. From 1.1800 to 1.1780. The set up is horrible.. selling or buy right now is just gambling. Will wait to enter short again.

likely because you have a 50/50 chance and youre hopping in trade just to be IN a trade..can make LOADS of money by waiting for the RIGHT trades on higher time frames..and anytime you place a trade..place it because you know exactly WHY you are placing the trade..with both a take profit, a stop loss, and nothing more. dont watch the charts to see all day if its going your way or not. you KNEW what you were doing when you entered. AND you had an exit point set appropriately for the event you were wrong. Trade this way...and youll find more enjoyment in trading. Less is more.

yep, I'm trading on real. to be completely honest, on the 2nd real

Its a time sink that is required if only for the reason to see if you keep can hold your interest in it and it builds a connection in the mind on what kind of path you want to go into and get better at it.
