We just arrived at daily support.. no sign of bear weakness yet.. I only noticed some MACD divergence on M30.. bulls will probably start giving more signs soon (hopefully before London close).

all anyone had to do was Sell NY open Monday and you'd be in a nice profit. I wonder how long this bear rally will last nvr seen this type of rally for this long

Bullish or Bearish? Trump's tax and home sales should determine. Don't buy Euro anytime soon, at least that's what I reckon.

Thanks I agree.. For now no signs of bulls.. but soon this pair will need to take a breath.. I will not take longs unless all my system rules tells me to enter.. I know it is against the trend but if a good opportunity shows itself I might risk a buy..

could it be that the down trend since beginning of the week is 'pricing in the tax plan'? and when every retail trader expects the USD to jump the big fishes will just take profits?

Possible. I doubt it though. Not every market movement is manipulation or 'fat-cats'.

I prefer wait for 23.6 retracement and we'll see 1.16666 again

Just opened long at 1.1724
SL: 1.1704
TP: Open for now.. will trail to BE once 1:1 level is reached at: 1.1744

Edit: SL moved to +1 pips now.. : 1.1725

Perhaps but even then you woudn't be into the frying pan there is still that juicey Catalonia referendum on 1 october and that is a garanteed news cover for the weekend and gives you the option if you dare to go short eur/usd on friday day and quick close it on monday morning.

I said on this thread not too long ago that 1.1720 is not a bad buy entry. I'm still short though, I think USD demand is still there. It's going to be influenced by the data being released in America, incl: speeches, tax-plan, etc.

Having said that, 1.1770 would be a good long target. Good number.

Took profit at 1:1 ratio: +20 pips at: 1.1744
Decided to close based on my low vola expectations since London session is almost over.

In my opinion it will hold maybe with a big spike. on H4 is no signal for buy, or a divergente.

And the is still no reason for a long hold of a buy. Just small retracements are here.
We still have LOWER LOW, low after low.

And i expect to be reach 16900-16700. Here is a good area to look for a buy.

The second down peg with trump talk is a really slow burner as 1.7450 is held up till now.
