Those lines do not show on my chart. I'm using Forex.com's Mt4. At first I thought it was because the lines are black and my background is black, but I see some of the lines are white and they don't show on my black background, either. I am using the default settings in the indicator on all time frames. And I have changed the settings some and still no lines.

But I still don't understand what the lines are telling me. In some places the price closes past one of the lines but a new channel doesn't open. And the thing I was asking about was the price or location of the dot at the beginning of a new channel. As you can see the price isn't right on the dot when a new channel opens, so how is the price of location of the dot itself calculated? Is there a way to see where the dot would be on each candle if a new channel opened/
