It is an "up" month, so a couple of buy orders have been triggered just now off that 8 day support level of .876x and they may only make it to the top of the consolidation - maybe .8850? Not the most exciting trades, admittedly.
Well, the price made it, but my trades did not. Isn't that always the way? We are at the top of this six week range again. Let's see if we can go higher and retest .9100.

I'm long here. British Government hasn't got a clue how to handle Brexit. The only reason Theresea May is still in her post is that she is seen as capable and no one else wants to hold the poisoned chalice.

If it were a bookie bet, I'd put it at 10/1 on.

The cracks are starting to show, SHORT from .9216. After all, EUR/USD is almost at 1.20 and GBP/JPY has reversed at 139.

EG spotting really nice opportunity to sell, price is exhausted and needs better price, candles also support the idea of a nice down movement. Shorting EG.

ECB probably won't do anything with their policy next week so the GBP will become stronger and this pair may fall down

I expect ECB will do nothing next week, but Brexit negotiations are not going anywhere make Pound movement also limited.

Chart above. Engulfing bullish H4 candle eclipsing all the previous 48 hours and breaking the trend line of the recent retracement.

If you are watching the EURGBP, here's what I am seeing on the H4 time frame. If the current resistance trendline (magenta colour) is effectively breached northward, we may target the next upper trendline (chocolate colour). However, if the resistance trendline is breached southward, we may see a bearish turnaround perhaps with a view to targeting the immediate support trendline (navy colour).

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

If it does hit that blue line it would make a perfect channel. I reversed my short and went long at the break of the magenta line but have been stopped out. I'm waiting for another entry on lower timeframes.
