sooner or later truth will prevail

it will be interesting to see whether TW will still be around in 2 years time and whether all allegations are true or false

if anybody from TW is reading this thread they should just take their act together , publish their full address on their website and reply to customers with names and surnames

i don't know whether somebody in this thread is a shill or not , but sooner or later we'll find out

I think he's just bored and had no other forums to troll it seems. If you look at his posts, they are all consisted of just copy-paste texts that just keep on repeating again and again and again with the same lines like "are you a customer of Tradersway?" and "Tradersway has dealt with the price spikes responsibly". He's not really posting anything new and neither are all the other "shills" LOL

We all now have solid evidence that they lied about their trading conditions. They don't aggregate multiple LPs like they claim. The only responsible way to handle this situation was to be forthright about the tech issue, which they weren't, and instead blamed it on a rogue LP that only they use. Ok you're buying, I'm not. Also, if they handled it responsibly they'd let people keep their profits, which they aren't.

There are no shortages of brokers so why would I want to use the one broker that has proven itself to be dishonest?

Nobody's asking you, nor forcing you to use them.

I'll continue to use them (along with the other two brokers) until I feel they are no longer viable or competitive.

You just feel like chiming in on an event that you know nothing about, just like your other tin foil hat partner.

Hi all,
I don't understand why an individual liquidity provider spike in bid and/or ask prices would effect a brokers bis/ask prices - surely the broker will look for the best bid and ask prices from all their liquidity providers - and if one of these liquidity providers bid/ask spiked then they would not be the best bid/ask available so would not effect the broker's bid/ask.

The only time an individual liquidity provider's unilateral spikes in bid/ask would effect the broker's bid/ask is they were the only liquidity provider therefore there was no better bid/ask price available.

Is it possible that the broker is using its own liquidity provider for unproven or unprofitable clients so as to scoop up the easy profits from the 99% of traders who lose money in the long term - nothing wrong with this practice as long as the brokers own LP matches the best bid/ask available form the rest of the LP's

Maybe there was a software glitch with their own LP product - would be interesting to know if any long term profitable account holders were effected.

Anyway I'm sure i'v got most of this wrong so please feel free to educate me

We know these spikes were isolated to TW and that it is impossible to get these spikes from an aggregated feed that takes the best bid and ask, and we also know that profits are being denied. It's not a conspiracy theory because it's common knowledge at this point, which should make common sense.

1. Please try to provide some evidence that you are a customer of TradersWay as I have on the "TradersWay Feedback" Forum.
2. Please try to provide some evidence that TradersWay did not handle the situation responsibly.
3. Please try to show me, someone who did not have their account losses returned after the spike.

I came here to find honest people who are Customers of TradersWay. Just like all of the other TradersWay customers..

Unfortunately there are 3 people getting in the way of that. Making a lot of sounds that have nothing to do with the topic, and always on a lot of Forums, apparently in an attempt to distract people from the topic of the Forum.

I currently have 5 brokers, one of them is TradersWay. I have been trading for a very long time. I have lost several brokers for various reasons. None of
those brokers were scams, I never lost any money when they failed. TradersWay has returned money in my account twice on mistakes i made.
TradersWay has been handling all customer complaints after the price spike.

Shrike, Nicholishen, and Forexia - Are you guys customers of TradersWay?

I literally came here to see if I could prove that TradersWay is a scam.
Ill be the first to call a scam, as soon as its proven.
But You guys are not convincing.

We had previously informed you that one of our liquidity providers had sent incorrect quotes through our system on August 29th. While we resolved the issue and dropped the liquidity provider in question, many trading accounts were affected. Our goal was to ensure that we dealt with the situation both fairly and correctly, which required us to take some time in resolving it. We thank you for your continued patience.

If we have determined your trades to have been affected by the pricing issue, we have opened one or more live accounts in your Private Office on our website and made balance adjustments in the following format:

[Account Number] # [Ticket Number]

What this means is that on your new account we have opened will show some balance operations in it. The description shown for each balance operation will show your trading Account Number (the one on which you were trading on August 29th) followed by the trade ticket order ID numbers (Ticket Number) for which we are making the adjustment. In order to not interfere with accounts that may be currently trading, we have elected to make any balance corrections separately which can be withdrawn or transferred over to your other trading account(s) as needed. If there is a liability in your new account (negative balance) it must be covered before you withdraw funds from any of your trading accounts.

In order to access your new trading account which we have opened for you, please
1) Log into your Private Office on our website - po.tradersway.com
2) Click 'View All' next to 'Live Accounts'
3) Look toward the bottom of the list for all new account numbers we have created that show a balance and click on the account number itself

You will see all adjustments here, including the trading account number on which you were trading on August 29th and the trade ticket we have compensated for you. This will allow us to keep everything separate.

If you have any questions about your own trading account, we invite you to contact us an we will be happy to help. Note that volumes are still high so please refrain from sending multiple emails - we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

I got the same email as well and noticed the account with the refund.
