yeah just like what available says, the opinions are sky rocketing to be honest, its crazy, and that feeling of a bubble about to burst, who knows, im just gonna kinda step a side and watch and just accept whatever out come, disappointing or not. LOL but its simply an interesting pair.

Hotforex has branches in Europe and South Africa. Those companies – HF Markets (Europe) and HF Markets (SA) are respectively licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and the South Africa's regulator FSB.

This actually recently landed them in a bit of a hot water in Japan, because they have no license there and apparently tried to do business there, according to the Japanese Finance Ministry.

Thanks @mlawson......But in my case i need some support from traders...i mailed to hotforex company so many times..but they didn't reply me.

I don't know what to do next. Kindly suggest me.

my bad available, haha yeah you are right.. as far as regulatories, if im not mistaken, hotforex has a couple, depending on the traders, from cysec, to sv to southafrica. depending on the offices. pretty much covered.

Are you sure that Hotforex is regulated by CySec? If I were you giving out advices I would check with CySec. You know the difference of beeing licensed and beeing regulated.

I will give replies the same way you do. Not bothering to check facts before doing so. Hotforex has no real regulation to trust. Formerly they were regulated by the CySec (which is a bad regulator). These days they are only licensed by CySec.

Hotforex have no regulator, nobody can do anything when they decide to screw you. Do not do the mistake to believe that licensed means anything else than that the company can have customers/market towards the citizens of that country. If Hotforex misbehave, nobody will help you.

There are a big cleaning up in the industry now. That is why Hotforex has left CySec. If CySec is to comply with directives coming from EU, it does not suit Hotforex business model to be regulated by CySec. That is why they are no longer regulated there.

My bet is that Hotforex will be out of business in the near future. No serious regulator/authority will regulate/license them, as they cannot comply to their demands.

If they continue to operate it will by obtaining license/regulation with nonsene authorites. Attracting rookie traders in forums and on the internet. That they are good at....

Why do you put your reply a mission to warn other traders? Did you lose money with them or what? 95% lose and those striving for success put themselves under great scrutiny to figure out mistakes. Although I don't know your reason, but I guess you make good at your practice and earn money in trading.

Get several questions regarding payments:
1. The maximum deposit is around 10-20k$ on all available methods, how can I deposit larger amount (millions $)?
2. This broker just support Bitcoin payment, is it available for withdrawal or only deposit?
3. What is the cheapeast payment method? Is it wire transfer with >100$ withdrawal?

For me cheapest is Skrill and then withdrawal on Bank account.
Made two deposits by bitcoin and I know its available for withdrawals too. But I guess you should avoid abusing platform as mediator to move you cash to BTC because they should be strict on that.

Yes. Everything fine. Only drawback are swaps. Very bad comparing with other brokers

Great thanks. No problem in withdrawing? Swaps not brokers problem. One can focus on buying currency of higher interest rate

No withdrawing problem. Even using their Scheilles office ( I have brother in law in Thailand and he have use non EU office )
