your analysis is good as technical but i do believe that the aud/usd will continue to north for another 30 pips then it will go south

why then i am opening sell orders , bcz i made wrong trades in sell area and now i am trying to close them using compounding

the history of the employment news of aud is always better than the required so the pair always up

now i will make some hedging trades , if i am correct then the hedge will cover any flaoting losses

if i am wrong, there are already opened trades in the south..

as i have said... up aud usd

Nice 50% bounce off the 34% line. Continuation to the original 50% line is now expected before we resume North again.

as it moved 23 pips, i think now is the time to go south for 40 pips b4 new upcoming news.

In my opinion it is not going to retrace further

In the end "some" shorters will have to hold their trades for couple of months (because of their mindset) to get back to the level they initiated their trades on.

The contrarian traders strategy is not as simple as taking the opposite side of the public's widely held viewpoint. A stock that goes higher and higher for an extended amount of time will naturally gain a lot of positive sentiment - this does not mean that a contrarian investor immediately hates that stock. Going against the price trend is always a tough way to play. The approach is to look for stocks where the sentiment is counter to the established trend. In other words, the contrarian looks for stocks going higher despite a significant amount of pessimism.

The reason behind this strategy is that the pessimism indicates a lot of investors have been avoiding that stock, and are therefore sitting on the sidelines. If that stock continues higher, then at some point, the sentiment will change and that sideline money will (hopefully, all at once) begin to flow into that stock, thereby driving it higher in a short amount of time. The fast and furious rally is especially beneficial to those that are contrarian options traders.

Probably would stick around this region until USD recovers. Its apparent that buyers have stopped buying since USD is still dropping while this maintains here. Down would probably see a max at 786 support. While up likely capped at 796 for now
