I know that one tick refer to one trade in tick chart, but what does one trade mean? could you give explanation on the screenshot ? one tick represent 1 lot? 1 ticket? or ... ?

Ticket is the ID of your position (trade).

Size is the lot size of your position.

Tick is not in your picture.

One tick, refers to a change in price of any traded instrument.

Any price change is a tick.

Tick charts are not time based. A tick chart will update (and form a candle) each time there is any change in price.

Your pic has nothing to do with tick ... as said Price in the above post.
