This site is moderately unique in having the dedicated news section, which can occasionally be useful. The Calendar in particular can be a very useful resource. That said

I have no idea, b I never had that problem as far as stomach issues go. But I do frequent Lemons as they have a lot to offer in terms of home remedies. For me was lack of energy, allergies, and skin issues, Now all of that is going away, since adopting the 80/20 rule. Also eliminated carbs such as pastas, Rice, Potatoes, and breads. The only Carbs now that I use is strictly Vegetables.

Yeah you are right. Also they Coc people that they deem as a threat to their various sponsors. I just got COCed for that statement about not being able to tie shoelaces. Good grief! Triggered snowflakes or is it no coincidence when a certain someone shows uo it just happens? For the obvious reasons you stated earlier!

That was your best decision. I think many of your issues were mostly resolved from this.

Lemon juice is a good home remedy. Another of its benefits is to reduce kidney stones. I don't suffer this, my wife does, and it has helped her greatly.

Diet is the number one best way to solve most health issues. It is also the number one way to create most health issues.

I think the best diet is high fat, moderate protein, low carb. Consuming carbs derived from grains and starches are like consuming toxins.

edit: Had to look up the 80/20 rule with regards to diet. Makes sense to me.

Done loads of psychometric test over the years and as you say once you understand the format and style they become quite easy. A bit like getting used to a particular crossword compiler. Don't think I've ever done a genuine Mensa test though so maybe hang onto the "D" hat for now. At least it will keep the rain off.

Pick one bunch of tomatoes straight from the plant. Slice and gently warm in a dry pan.
Take 2 slices of Fresh Ciabatta, lightly spread with olive oil and toast.
Take a handful of Basil leaves fresh from the plant - chop and add to the tomatoes.
Remove from heat. Allowing flavours to combine adding salt and pepper and a drizzle of Extra Virgin.
Rub toasted ciabatta with half a garlic clove, crumble over some feta cheese and cover with the tomato Salsa.

Lunch! YUM!
