Not likely anything will be decided until the US inflation print comes out later this week, although I wouldn't be surprised to see a break lower with a test of 7875.

In the meantime, every Aussie rally looks like and 80 year old erection, completely impotent. Every lower high on the 4H is met with strong bearish candles.

Earlier today, FOMC member comes out and says no rate hikes needed in the immediate future. Aussie NAB business confidence comes in better than expected, and yet no Aussie rally, why? Because, the risk is to the downside and it's not likely the big players want to commit long before the the US inflation print.

4H range getting tighter, just a matter of time.......still holding short from 8000-8040

.7926 had choppy price action and the retest failed, so any buy would have been promptly stopped out, albiet a small loss
.7915 had a very clean retest in the Asian session and has subsequently dropped 50 pips. No accident, as price dropped through the weekly open without any support, resistance appeared probable.

Numbers coming out of China missing expectations.

Its starting to look like the perfect bear fest that so many have been waiting for but were stopped out.

Mild support now at .7835.

Expected price movement, news could have been the cataylst but it was still the forecast to go down first.
