I see a descending triangle which is continuation pattern but at the top can also be a reversal one. Now prices are in a bearish channel (kind of, because there was a range before the flag) which can bring the price at least to the new high extreme...

Is she reverses we can see prices get to 7660...

AUDUSD Any bulls left?
Perhaps a revisit to this prior resistance area on the Weekly chart. Support could be found at this Daily area.

Strong buying in the Asian session so far. Perhaps orders over weekend. Everyone under the sun appears to be bearish on AUD. I cannot understand why. I see no indication that Australian demand has ceased.

Mortgage delinquencies should have a strong impact. I hope they confirm when it will be announced. (USD)

Iron ore up this morning over 4% would likely be the driver behind today's rise in A/U

Bank holiday in Australia today. Shall wait for London to open for more decisive moves to take place.

Currently, awaiting for prices to topped- up before engaging fresh new shorts again.

I will only buy when prices are in the .7800- .78300 region. Otherwise, not feasible to long at current levels of .7940

Looking soft once again and also the kiwi cousin.
I think that's the one which will start the rot for these 2 currency pairs.

US fundamentals cant be ignore although the MSM are doing their best to pour cold water on the numbers.

On the local front it will be interesting to see what comes about the CBA breaches.

This isnt the first time CBA has been in trouble and whats more the public hate banks despite them having their superannuation in them.

The Govt and the regulator must make some sort of stand.

AUDUSD Retest
Looking for a retest at this area of price on the M15 chart. It holds some significance in the recent few days. Price has just hesitated there and then been sold off somewhat cleanly.

This currency is starting to lag once again and is subject to falls once the US dollar turns up.

Reports that China will decelerate in the next 6-12 months may spark a bearish sentiment

NZD looks soft and I think there are many long on this who are loaded up on the yield play.

Naked short seems a good position to take

Not sure the yield play would still be a factor, or at least not as much as it was, given I recently noticed that most days (those without triple funding to include the weekend) had negative swap. Triple funding still gave me +ve swap with my broker (IG)

AUDUSD Slowly evolving
Like watching paint dry. Thinking either buying comes in at .7926 or selling at .7915. Looking for a trade at a retest of either scenario should the price action look clean.
