So it don't wanna go down. There's a bullish flag pattern now. Maybe one more push up before they kill UJ again after release heh heh. Not sure but that's what they did last time. I watch UJ ok but it can influence GJ.

My 146.30 short got s/o at 146.50.
Now i am long 146.50 with no SL and no TP. All manual control..

Yup good job. Interesting how a simple line. Can make money right? I'm currently long UJ though and just took profit. Yes GJ is following UJ during news time. My UJ target is on my chart. I just took profit at half, trade is now insured. I can't loose anymore. I'm gonna move my stop up in a little bit. Even if I get taken out I'm still made money even a little bit.

Edit: Currently profit taking seems happening on R2. Which is expected. Hopefully the bulls comes back and follow through.

Hi guys
here is my view for GBP/JPY
I already close my longs from yesterday and have one run with 50 pips TS
I`m ispecting shorts from 146.9 ish and 147.2 ish area ....happy trading..

I just got out of my UJ trade. +16 and +1. Seems couldn't break above R2. Be careful that's not a good sign for GJ.

Current move is a correction into demand at 145.972. If that fails, 145.777 is key demand.

Momentum is up on Daily, 4H and 1H.
Trend is sideways on Daily, Up on 4H and up on 1H.

I am anticipating the beginning of reversal in the direction of impulse once London closes. Trade safely.

How about 145.453? That's a demand area as well right?

It's frustrating that gu going up but now uj dragging GJ down. I am currently-35 pips but going to hold.

Correct. Look for large impulse moves away then trace to the origin of the move. You will find what you are looking for there. Its not 100% guaranteed but gives an edge.

Hey, i want go give you a little update of my opinion as a position/carry trader on this pair. This is the D1 timeframe.
We have a really nice Ascending Triangle here which builds up since 11.10.2016
The pair will move to the Ascending Triangle's resistance level and then go back to it's support level one last time to head for the bullish breakout.

The base range of this pattern is, as you can see from the attached picture, at 167x (over 1.900 PIPS).
