I have never spent too much time looking at the numbers regarding the Holocaust, though I know a girl who did their history dissertation on this, and they are adamant the 6 million number is broadly speaking true.

For the record, I'm not offended by MAG's tack. It is a valid topic like any other and feel certain we can discuss it and still be respectful.
I have looked into this subject last couple months and have to say I can see why there are doubts. We are well aware of the victors of wars writing history.
I'm not convinced either way at this stage but I'm also not naive enough to not think the TPTB can create any narrative they like.
Our educational curriculums are heavily vetted to ensure we learn the chosen narrative and make such topics that question selected history taboo, this should be borne in mind. If nothing to hide there should be nothing feared from people questioning some evidence which is questionable.

They were inside the compounds and provided for the inmates.
