Yes the actual results started appearing after I restarted my PC.

How do you get it to show the latest news, without using the down button?

In your video, every time you scrolled up, it automatically went down to the latest news. How did you get it to do that?

I just harvested my first 29 bucks. Now I need to figure out how to set the trailing stop to take out the orders Automatically. I still haven't got around that yet.

Perhaps try this latest update of the same version...


Regarding the latest update, you don't need to run the script again.
FG will run it automatically.
Why? Because Windows will close the JAR file in certain length of time of its run time.
In the latest FG, it will run the .jar file when the file last update age is>1 minute age.
For instance whenever Windows ends the JAR which lead to the file not getting updated for certain length of time. FG will check how long has the file not yet been updated. If it has not yet been updated for more than 1 minute, FG will run the JAR again and again until you exit the MT4 or end the FG

yep i have edited my original mt4 when i created few mt4 on 1 pc maybe i will try download new mt4 platform

I am currently trading on Auto until I develop some trading skills.

Tell me, what indicator are you you using on your manual trade, for decision making?

Or do you just use the news and place SL & SS or BS and BL?

Everything seems to be working well.

Are the CMD exe files opening and closing due to the recent FG update, running the jar file, as per your description above?

dude man, i'm still trying to understand about your issue Unable to access the jar file which is most odd.... I suspect it's not the MT4 issue because the code is running external program which the PC refused to execute it.
Maybe can you try on another PC/Laptop please? make sure before you test there, it has java ready. "java -version"

Please could you share your "FILES" directory here so I will make a CMD command for you to execute on your PC and see if it'll work... Thanks

Also try execute this command on your CMD. Make sure you place the lib folder and jar file into c:\
1) open cmd
2) execute command cd c:\
3) execute command java -jar java_economic_calendar.jar c:\

Once you follow the step above, you should see "WORKING C:"

Just came across the same problem trying to make a bad USB...
I tried to run this command in admin cmd
java -jar c:\fw\ducky\duckencode.jar -I c:\fw\ducky\HelloWorld.txt -o c:\fw\ducky\inject.bin But got this error:
Error: unable to access jarfile c:\fw\ducky\duckencode.jar Solution
1st step
Right click the jarfile in question. Click properties. Click the unblock tab in bottom right corner. The file was blocked, because it was downloaded and not created on my PC.
2nd step
In the cmd I changed the directory to where the jar file is located.
cd C:\fw\ducky\ Then I typed dir and saw the file was named duckencode.jar.jar
So in cmd I changed the original command to reference the file with .jar.jar
java -jar c:\fw\ducky\duckencode.jar.jar -I c:\fw\ducky\HelloWorld.txt -o c:\fw\ducky\inject.bin That command executed without error messages and the inject.bin I was trying to create was now located in the directory.

When you see the CMD screen open and close, i think it should not be a problem.
You can cross check if the file update its date to the latest date every minute. If it gets updated then that mean the jar is running.

Hi youserrname, great ea, thanks for your hard work, you are a very generous man. Just a quick one, the signal that is given by the ea indicators (bullish or Bearish), is meant to change if a different TF is used, is that correct? So if you flip through the TFs of a currency pair, the signal status will vary (if)... correct?

The signal is based only on the daily TF. You won't see signal change when you flip through any TF. Let me know if you got any question or idea. Cheers

Yeah I think so too.
It looks like the latest update of FG cannot be back tested. Nothing happens when try to optimize the robot on the strategy tester, except opening and closing the cmd until the testing period finishes. It does not display results or even the graph results.

Is that how it supposed to be?

Yes it can't be back tested because it's based on weekly live news.
In the backtest you can't click any button as well.
