Q. When you say don't enter on same candle twice as a prevention of volatility, how do you mean? Typically if price goes against me it'll trigger the 20 pip grid level on same candle.

GBP/CAD M30 Short Trade

GBP/CAD showing signs of a shift to Bullish Structure I'm Trading Counter to this Bullish Structure.

Often Price has to drop to a Lower Level to find Orders to propel it Higher.

Just download with any browser.And move to to MT4 indicator directory.I also use Win10.

My IBv3 is highlighting candles that aren't even Inside candles, maybe i have the wrong setting?

And since when was GBPJPY an option with this strategy?
I don't recall Cubby confirming this?

Hi Faatkumo,

I've been Trading GBP/JPY for some time it has one of the largest Daily Ranges.

This pair easily makes fifty pip moves both with and against the prevailing Market Structure.

I would rather drop the EUR/GBP which, last week, had an Average Daily Range of 50 pips whilst the GBP/JPY Average Daily Range was 110 pips.

What's highlighting candles? I don't use an indicator to highlight my setup.

I don't use the GBPJPY. I'm not sure how well this pair works in the longer term but with discretion, I'm sure it could work. Stevepatt is taking a bit more liberty with his positions by taking more factors than just an inside candle setup with the RMI like my EA does. I'm not apposed to what he's doing as there is room for interpretation when manual trading. My EA follows a rule base but when I trade my strategy manually, I do watch for other things other than my inside set up.

I've considered dropping the EG for a while now but I do like it's low volatility compared to my other 2 pairs. Kinda a good balance. Still, I may replace it with something else in the feature. I have to carefully make the change as it's all a working system right now.

What happens when you switch timeframes from 30M to 1H and back again?

I think you will see that the data is refreshed and all is good, make that indicator think & do it's job!

It takes a lot for me to IGNORE you, but you can try.
