Ah ok. that particular search seems to bring up specifically Black and minority people of interest in European History.

Probably loads of people doing culture studies at university, college or night classes have google searched repeatedly for these kinds of results so the GoogleBots have learned that if people put those criteria into their engine that is what they want to get out as a result.

One third of the NHS budget is treating obesity and obesity related illnesses. Not to mention the benefits and disability allowances, free housing and free cars they get. What is the true cost? I think the NHS may be blocking certain treatments like receiving organs, but that is a pee in the ocean on the scale of things.
