if you got in at 145.50 level you should have gotten out or ready to get out. at 145.80

if in at 60s .. like me I will also get out there 87

This Current Range Bar Bottom would be 145.35
and possible high 145.95

If bar closes at Low 145.35 New Bar will open and start for another 45pips.
Decision Point. Buy or Sell.
Bias is to downside if price 145.35 reached. expect a quick bounce to upside. dead cat bounce type of quick trade
but at that level and below the open of the day. expect more down.
if price goes up above 145.95 new bar will form and expect price to move another 45 pips but possible new bar low 145.87

I have good previous trading experience and now im getting back my memory.

Here is indis i use and i created a template to help

start any chart and add template FrankADR.tpl
Go to File Menu and Open offline and open gbpjpy 3min chart
Add template FrankAdr2.tpl to the new offline chart
thats it.

No worry the pull back is the retest of the break and thats where its confirmed bulls till 146.80 at least.
