Disliked{quote} Stu's very proud of his big balls! You needed to humour him! A healthy lifestyle should ideally be from before conception. By the time you get a health threatening illness, it is possibly too late. Why abuse your body all your life then panic when something goes wrong? Not really inevitable, no?Ignored
So be it! I once knew a cat named "snowball", because his balls were so big that when he went out into the snow drifts of Buffalo NY during the winter months his balls always touched the snow! Hence the name "Snowball"!
Also I can't really say health issues are all attributable to body abuse and unhealthy lifestyles, it is much more complicated than that for some, such as cancer. I have known a few friends who were very health conscious but succumbed to the ravages of cancer. So at some extent is not always about preventive care, although I would agree with you on adopting such lifestyles, your explanation as being inevitable is a little too pessimistic for my tastes. In my views it is never too late, and I support those who are willing to try to change.
