Accidentally took profit at +76. I meant to trail, but wandered away from desk.

I originally went to BE at structure test, but decided to move SL back above structure at blue rectangle to give it room.

I didn't really like entering on 23.6 entrancement, but blue rectangle structure seemed significant looking far to the left.

Well done! The retracement back to the Golden Ratio was perfect on the immediate order flow but the rotation candle was not pretty.

i made it to +81 on sim. And yes, the rotation candle was not pretty. i looked at structure to immediate left to go for it. switched from target to trailing stop when the volume showed up.

Was hoping for another rotation down at 21480 but nothing yet.

Did you take the 1 to 1 completion? I have removed it from my trading plan so still was a no go for me.....

I don't see good Risk at that spot, where would you put your SL? I don't like to risk more than 20 ticks or so =X but that's probably because i'm on a small account.

I would say previous support around 21515 to 21520 might work. A little bigger than 20. Would work with Mr. Pip 40 SL but rotation didn't happen anyway.

no. i can't easily see far enough to the left. I'm not that good with the chart. Switched over to SierraCharts off of forex and charting through tradingview. so... no solid place to put SL, no solid TP.

USDJPY -8 and -15 pips
First trade. Went long because I felt price would correct deeper to the upside before going further down. I felt so because we were at a long term support zone, price tested the area twice and went up with three nice volume bull candles. I went long at test of immediate structure. Taken out for -8. Did I go long according to the criteria in my trade plan? No. So --> my fault. I'll take that one.

Second trade. I think OK let's not go against the trend, go with the trend. Follow your trade plan. Had a nice bear move down. Expectation long term and short term is NSL. longer term 1:1 is not reached, there is room for another bear move. Projection not that bad. Momentum ok. Deep retrace to 78.6% is not so good. So 2/3 criteria are met for entry. Rotation came a little late but I took it. Went against me first. Then produced another rotation candle which I would have taken otherwise. Taken out for -15 pips. I think I followed my rules.
So was it just bad luck or did I do something wrong?
I would appreciate some opinions is I am starting to doubt what I am doing.

Don't know if people ever read my posts lol
If not, at least it serves as a good way to reflect on my trading and also as some kind of online diary that I keep and that will make me laugh my pants off in five years or so

First trade
Expectation NSL. Drew my AOI. Price came in it, passed it a little bit, then rotation candle came. Projection OK, impulse OK(?), depth of correction in golden zone OK. At least 2/3. But I was too early. Price went further up. Taken out -5.75 points. Followed rules I think.

Second trade
Still expecting NSL. Drew AOI from longer term swing. Impulse of upswing was increasing so NOK, depth of correction to the downside shallow, so NOK, projection of upswing decreasing so OK. 1/3 for a short. Did get a rotation candle in my AOI. SL above AOI. Taken out for -5.5 points. Need at least 2/3 of order flow criteria so didn't follow my rules -> my fault.

Third trade
Still expecting NSL. Passed AOI a little bit. Looking at short term OF: Shallow projection so OK, deeper corrections so OK, impulse decreasing so OK. 3/3 for going short. Nice rotation candle to the downside and took it. Followed through almost immediately. Went to BE+0.5 point when reaching structure. Was about 11.75 points in profit. That would have made up for all the losses of the day. But wanted to give this trade as much room as I could give it. A NSL was formed. That's when I really felt good about the trade and I stayed at BE+0.5. I expected a deep correction as the NSL was small, but I expected the structure at 44.75-45.75 to hold. Well it didn't. Profit gone. +0.5 point. Followed my trading rules for entry though.
SL was above the 78.6% so that made the trade vulnerable anyway. Placing it higher, above the main swing, the risk would have been too high (16 points). So I followed my money management rules, but it made the trade vulnerable. Probably should have passed on the trade because of that.

Nice thread and a lot of great trading. I was first only reading from around post 700 or so and watched the video's and became very excited about your methodes so made an account yesterday and are planning to post some charts too once I'm catched up with the thread.
