If you read these you will find that the author adds new stuff to the top. This expands the topic as it goes forward.

The media is so hung up on muh Russia that they ignore nearly everything else. This potential economic battle with China, if it comes to a head, will catch many unawares. Many, including most members of FF, will claim this is the end of the US. What no one wants to admit or fails to see is that the US economy is head and shoulders above all others. They also miss the fact that China basically manufactures cheap goods (reference back to Japan in the 1960s) and is extremely dependent on the US buying their junk. China is still under the emerging nation status which gives them huge advantages over most other nations. Trump has mentioned this during the campaign.

The reason Trump did not go right after China on trade and currency manipulation is because he gave them a chance to prove their worth by reigning in NoKo and they purposely failed. I believe there will be some amount of economic war between China and the US. The Trump administration has been hinting at this over the last month or so.

There is a cultural problem to be overcome in China. The Japanese began by copying, but went on to master miniaturisation and then innovation ... driven by a desire to make exemplary and reliable products. On the other hand the Chinese appear to be more interested in giving you something that looks like what you want, and then lose interest in their customers as soon as they have taken the money. Until they accept responsibility for the user-experience they will remain merely a large market and source of cheap labour.

Been real busy this week. Meeting with several clients and getting couple homes in the ground. Try to give ya'll little rundown on things in the US this weekend. Once again media eating a s##t sandwich on the Trump Jr. thing. No laws broken and looks to be a set up.

The media does the main propaganda work for the political parties, mainly the left. The final proof was shown in the Podesta email dump. Massive collusion with numerous media outlets actually getting their propaganda authorized by the DNC. This has been transparent for quite awhile. Yet it still took the proof of the emails for many. Russia has been labeled the "bad" guy by leftist entities. In the US, the DNC, along with their media lapdogs, are attempting to use Russia as the means to get rid of Trump. The left, not being overly creative (reference the meme wars) continues to hit with the only thing they have. The final kicker is there is absolutely zero proof of any wrongdoing. The left likes to accuse first then hope to find enough dirt so the masses will think you guilty.

I don't trust the charities ,what they need is hydro power dams and maybe thats where the west should help for free

In addition to what S has said, I think that conservatism's biggest problem is the republican party, itself. One thing ya gotta say bout democrats is that they are united, organized on their talking points and will circle the wagons and protect "to the death" one of their own, no matter how big a sleazeball they are -- Bill Clinton for example. The republicans, on the other hand, have very weak leadership, stay disorganized and will throw one of their own under the bus for spitt'in on da sidewalk. Trump is learning this quickly and continues to tweet to keep his supporters up to speed. Trump is going to have to start playing hardball pretty quickly, in my opinion. I also hope the tea party gets very active next year putting candidates in to challenge many republicans and replace them with true conservatives.

I have seen this and a piece on the possibility of GPS manipulation. The fact the navy is so quiet leads me to believe something very unusual is at play. Here is the problem -- the ship has a Marine contingent on it who's sole purpose is protect that ship, partially through manual observation. There's absolutely no way, under standard orders, that something as unusual as the boat being dead in the water wouldn't be noticed. There should have been marines on physical watch with binoculars. I've been on the water with those cargo ships. Things are huge. And nobody notices the convergence of the two?? No warning was sounded -- apparently no-one was aware of anything till the collision. I was already concerned bout our military readiness. And now ---------
