Anyone notice that most of the violent political movements in the last 60 years espouse a socialist ideology. But somehow the 'right' are the ones maligned as violent extremists?

OK, rant again. You know when two lanes go into one and everyone is queueing in the inside lane like sheep, whilst the outside lane is empty? Well, none of them seem to understand that you pay for the road so why not use all of it? It happened recently, about a mile long in the inside lane and naturally I don't want to play. Funny thing is, behind me were 2 other BMWs. Then some obstructive commie pulls out to deliberately block us and is just stationary. WTF with some people. Now that is an infringement to my freedom! Where is my freedom of movement? Does this sort of thing happen anywhere else or is this level of vicious commie jealousy unique to the UK?

I had that recently. 3 lanes into two. I was in the middle lane and the car to my right moved off a little faster so as to filter left and not cause me any inconvenience, just how I would have done it. But there was another car behind him who tried to barge his way into my lane, silly silly man, he didn't know that chicken is my favourite game and a brown trouser moment for him as well, but it was a good opportunity for him to confirm that his brakes worked

They know you're not going to play chicken unless you're in a crappy car. I used to drive around London a lot, in the days before it was so impossible to do so, and it was always your wing or mine. Don't look in the mirrors and ignore your car from your wing mirrors back. If you don't, you would never get anywhere. Strangely though, I never noticed any commies in those days. Where have they all come from?

My thinking is that if I am in the right and that my car will be more expensive for the other party to repair, the odds are stacked in my favour. I'm all for asservite confident driving, but road bullies need to be slapped down

So you are prepared to go through all that palava with insurers to argue about who was right or wrong? I never get into those situations. I don't want my car pranged and sometimes I will eat shit (obviously metaphorically speaking!) to prevent it. Doesn't matter when you're all smashed up or to take it further, someone's hurt. Don't worry though, I do get my own back.
