Basically ADR is to determine when the market is volatile or not. You want to look at ADR's below 80 for your trades. Above means you will be subject to wider swings and it will ultimately cause losses. The strategy works best on slow moving range bound pairs.

Hi guys,

I dont post here on FF. But this time I want to make an exception - I found this tread maybe 10 days ago and I decided to give it a try this week. I read the rules twice and here we are. Looks solid to me. Keep up the good work Davit! For sure worth long term testing as an alternative to my main system.

Some divergence there on the 4hr.

I still see UC falling to 1.29 before shooting higher.
Would take out a few stops of traders that have climbed onboard the long side.

Maybe we'll see that with the release of the FOMC minutes in 2h30.

As you said anything can happen, but in my opinion last drop to 1.2915 wiped alot of positions, and today OIL got hit very hard, Lost almost 3% of its value by the time we speak.
I will personnally hold it until FOMC announcement is made.

Yes, CAD is correlated with oil.

NFP on Fri might knee-jerk UC to 1.29 temporarily.
