  1. USDCAD WH +5.8 pips
    Bought at WH high. Aimed for 5 pips above WH high. Slow but clean trade. I was willing to counter at WH low.

morning all, t 08-04
I caught 2 points off Cable High break, 4%.
NOW i would like it to drop and trigger the Low so i can compound.
I It has to trigger first lol, at this moment i am either going for a straight +20 points minimum OR 2 lots going for 10 minimum. Long story why?

  1. EURGBP FB +8.2 pips (-8.3+6.0+10.5)
    Bought at FB high. Countered at FB mid. Closed the buy at FB low and added a sell. Aimed for a little bit more than 5 pips below FB low around yesterday's low. TP was reached.

Both Cable and E/J broke 04-00 High for +10...
A/U broke High then retraced , This is a High fail but the low break looks good, I am not trading it

it seems UK manufacturing growth has slowed down, i am sure someone on tv said it was already or did i dream it.
For the record i had 2 lots on Cable looking for +10 which i got.
The news release did put me off though...

Cable chart at 09-39 with expected daily range Low at 12923. That is with a range of 100 (not exact)

someone just pinged me,
i had to borrow off my second bank because i used 2 lots and needing the ridiculous margin i needed extra money to trade , it was safe though.
I also used my second broker not my usual good one.

For a while, I've been wanting to join the AU 4-00 club and add it to my toolkit.

  1. AUDUSD 4-00 +7.6 pips
    Sold at 4-00 low. Aimed for a bit more than 5 pips below 4-00 low based on fibs and S+D. Clean trade. I was willing to counter at 4-00 mid.

I see why cables a big favourite of yours bill!

Done some historical tests on % fulfillment of the ADR for cable over 2137 sample days. 80% fulfillment group was the mode with the mean very close at 100%. Good stats

What was the difference between putting in 1 lot for 20 and 2 for 10?

Hi, you will find A/U has best stats for 04-00 break (10 points), nice and steady mover

Pip, you probably know this but i am telling everyone.

Cable, we had 04-00 High trigger at 13009 for 10 +, this was a good trade.
Then it retraced and broke the low at 12992..
we are now looking for the Daily Range Low which is 12923 (69 away from Low Trigger) time now is 11-56 and it still stands.
I didnt need the 69, I WANTED 20 and it had a good probability of getting it, even without the news .

HT = high trigger..
LT = low trigger.
DRL = daily range low.
Dont forget i am using the extra money i make off trades to trade, iF it lost i would still be ok.
It is all numbers

Cable 04-00 range was 17, ideally it should of been more.
example.... 1 lot would of cost £/$17. or 2 lots would of cost £/$34 excluding margin.
Due to news coming up i had 2 lots looking for 10 points at £40 per point and got it.
I did look at A/U which would of been ok but stuck to Cable. Do it again tomorrow hopefully
