DislikedOne thing that really adds to my consideration of going to YM trading is the discussions in this thread with other members. Almost nobody discusses USDJPY or EURUSD hereIgnored

Disliked{quote} Will be starting to take fewer trades after reviewing my previous trades and amending my Trading Plan today. Will take strictly just the Aggressive C entry and only the completion of the 1 to 1 or the ABCD pattern if there is enough confluence at my AOI. Another factor is the timing of the trades which will be 30 mins after the opening of market(to avoid getting invited to put in a trade due to the dump orders as market opens). This is just me as my win rate has dropped from 77% to almost 66% now.Ignored

DislikedI'm thinking of switching to futures too if things keep going well on YM on the demo. I'm curious if anyone has any good resources for the mechanics of futures. I've been doing some reading, but I feel like I'm still lacking info. From what I can gather, I should be able to day trade YM with $500 margin per contract. Each point is worth $5. What I don't know is how buying power functions. Lets say I put $1,000 in an account. Can I make multiple trades during the day using the $500 margin. I assume yes, but I can't find anything definite. I know...Ignored
