This guy is starting to connect the dots here. I believe the Chinese are behind it, and just to cover their asses they will blame it on the NK's. No they can't do it to the Nukes, but they can strike a EMP which can disable and cause a lot of damage. However that being said, the US would have fair warning when such a strike from a land based launch is initiated. The problem is catching an airplane flying at certain altitudes undetected carrying such devices to be detonated pose far more challenges in stopping.
