I only use the mid for the first counter. I've seen price come to the middle and go back in its direction many times, so I like to give it room instead of keep countering at the mid. If price reaches the opposite side, I am more positive I am in the wrong direction. I got used to trading it this way, but I'm not sure if this is the best way to manage trades. Maybe Lem or anyone else can give some feedback on this.

It looks like FB eventually broke. I hope you got out safely. I didn't trade today because I was happy with the big win yesterday.

If you are more positive trading the other end that is a good sign you know what you are doing.
Same with me, i enter a trade expecting to lose

yes i got out quiet smoothly. was nothing compared to yesterday. i commend you for literally battling that f*%er all day your a beast.

after the second/third fail i had no interest in coming out with a profit yesterday, a nice bandage over a flesh wound was good enough, but good on you for actually hitting it big on such a bad trade

really and truly i shouldnt of bothered about the mid with a 6 range like today. better yet not even traded it.

but at the same time i learnt no lessons picking up +5 in 5 minutes on the few mornings it was happening smoothly, although that ended swiftly.

the frankenbreak is warrior school.

the daily range has kept me in much better form since i have been keeping a firm eye on it too

Bill..........using AU......considering how it moves.............what would be the SMALLEST range you would trade regardless of H1 candle or a H4 bar??

look for clues, a small range on 04-00 could be indecision such as an inside bar. a small range is prone to whip and it all depends on time of day too.
