Thoough it's tempting to go short now, I think it would be better to wait. It all depends on whether or not the high at .7088 gets taken out.

I tend to agree. Although the bigger picture looks short, and I'm talking years, we are still trading within the very bullish January 2017 candle. It looks like we are not ready to break the year low. When I see a pair trading above the 20sma on every time frame, I'm not ready to short it.

The price continues to flow smoothly in the channel. At the moment I'm assuming that the price will fall to the support line at 0.71827. And will test the support line, if the support breaks, it will move down to the 0.71552 point. I think this is unlikely at the moment. Therefore, I believe that the price will test the support and move up to the point of 0.72404.

It definitely could go higher however this market seems to be fearful at current level...might be due to the verbal intervention by rbnz few months ago in Feb.
