DislikedI just finished some more stats! Very interesting stuff. I can definitely see how having this stuff will help in the future. So far today I have added....."how many pips price retraced before making TP. (not including complete reversals) I broke it down into 5 categories....20-25 pips, 25-30 pips, 30-35 pips, 35-40 pips and 40+ pips. Out of the 55 ranges of 20 p good stats Bo, you are categorising them into frequency distribution.. With those retrace stats you can plan retrace tradesIgnored

Dislikedi have 20 . i trade at 1 per pip with a 20 stop and 20 take profit... Trade 1, 20 lot = 1 per pip and 20 profit =40.. (20 + 20 =40) Trade 2, 40 lot = 2 per pip and 40 profit =80.. ( 40 +40 =80) Trade 3, 80 lot = 4 per pip and 80 profit = 160.. ( 80 + 80 =160) 3 separate trades would of gained us 60, 20 + 20 +20 =60 But compounding 100% gained us 160, (minus the first 20 lot) we can compound a smaller percentage, but you need to be more selective with the trades. we can go onto ridiculous amounts and it is very hard on your mental state, so i advise...Ignored

DislikedMy strategy I have set up has my TP target each day set at 2% that has me putting about 9% of my bankroll into play when/if my trade Fails and I have to counter my full -20. Do you think putting 9% in limbo for my counter is too much? I do plan on compounding my first counter trade for +5....i know that makes a difference.Ignored
