Just trying to figure out the history of daylight savings as I am busy with backtest and want to get my timing correct
i am current trading with IC Markets which normally has GMT +2/3 depending on the US DSL, that is clear for me.
But according to history, did it always work like this?
And I want to only trade London and or Europe sessions. Does this sessions adjust with DSL, open at 8am during summer and open at 9 am in winter or does it always open at 8am?
i am looking to backtest from 2010, so any advice would be helpful
