For bulls, we are now approaching reload levels in the aussie, for a run at 0.755x next quarter. Much larger pending orders below with rock solid support at 0.685x if 0.699x gives way. Gold is also cheap in the 1120.xx zone at the moment, for the next leg to 1170/1200

Took it's sweet time but we are getting very close to the bull target at 0.755x now. Large bears are lurking. Will be watching the reaction at 7495 for the first signs of the bear. I will have my first bite at 7494 with a 12 pip SL.

Above 7495, we have rock solid resistance at 755x and a mofu at 7574. 7535 may also provide some R. Very juicy r/r at these levels, a 1,000+ pip drop from here is on the cards in my opinion.

Despite the H&S pattern momentum is weakening there is a divergence on the last HH and a hidden divergence on the HL on 4hr timeframe

break of the 0.7415-7400 will probably send the pair as low as 0.7300-0.7250

Is this rally starting to peter out.
Early signs oil and equities look like they are on the turn down.

Lets see what happens in the Asian session.

How Commitments of Traders predicted higher prices In AUDUSD

It seems like Commitment of Traders was spot on again.

Could the trader foreseen the bullish move before it happened?
Did the trader have to wait for the good economic news to position himself on the right side of the market?
Yes indeed.
Seems like many smart traders bought this market weeks ago and we could see it happening.
COT data once again predicted higher prices in AUD futures with a deadly accuracy.
Commitments of Traders data shows non-commercial traders had become NET LONG in JPY futures a number of weeks ago.

Australian consumer confidence falls dramatically.

Another piece of bad data but don't worry the RBA only listens to positive data .

I don't like AUD. Difficult to predict. This pair looks like kangaroo; jump here jump there and ignore the other ones, even ignore news

probably a H&S is forming on the 1hr timeframe A break of today's low will confirm pattern a break of yesterday's high will invalidate the pattern

Yes I seen the pattern forming yesterday.

The aussie is like this just goes where ever it wants. The good thing about it its very forgiving, but be careful about holding longs.

Hi all traders,

Been busy scalping and lazy to post any entries in the forum in recent weeks. Anyways, if you are still bearish on this pair, there are only two possibilities why you are a bear.

1) You are short since .80.
2) You have really deep pockets.

Much as i do not want to hold a bias when i trade, but i can't help but to let you guys know something.

This is my daily chart.
.7380 is a level that was tested FOUR times.

On its fifth attempt, it finally mange to broke through it and went upwards.

I hope this allows traders over here to have a clearer picture.

Cheers!

p.s: I might sound like a contrarian trader here but as long i'm profitable, nothing else matters

In the long run it'll go down anyway. It's just a small bump on the road down the same as we had last year.

yeah ok sky, it's one way of looking on the daily chart. here's another one though. Still if price does in fact break out of the 50 resistance, you could look to buy on retracement.

More realistic, oz go down, the ranges are already overextended.
