last closed bar top

hi, i need a simple tip about an EA.
I just need an EA that will alert on screen the last CLOSED bar high or low.

I already tried reading the MQL tutorial book, but its hundreds of pages and i dont know where to find this specific information.

A simple tip about wich command may give me the value of the last closed bar's high would be just as good as the script itself!

The command must work in an EA, i see on the MQL book that some commands only work for indicators..

Series array that contains the highest prices of each bar of the current chart.

Series array elements are indexed in the reverse order, i.e., from the last one to the first one. The current bar which is the last in the array is indexed as 0. The oldest bar, the first in the chart, is indexed as Bars-1.

if you want the high value for the last closed bar it would be High[1]

For an EA...(don't have the reference material in front of me, but it'd be something like this)
