Develop a precise strategy to open / close trades - find ways to remove emotional trades

Manage leverage < 100:1
Look at multiple timeframes for support resistance levels (turning points)
Look at when markets/time zones open or overlap
Spread to timeframe = Does the spread at a timeframe allow enough movement for profit? if movement is not 10x spread when looking back a few sessions, move on or up timeframe

Finding edge - create a simple system
1 Look for timeframes that show waves of up and down price movement. Waves (sine) not sawtooth movements.
2 chart out when a pair moves most over its trading time. (At market open? Market overlap? Market close?)
3 Look for an indicator ex: stochastics that assists in giving direction.
4 Always use stoplosses (review some of the techniques other members have found useful)

Follow others here with respect to money management that have more knowledge regarding initial lot size.
