I do prefer the 1 hour and 4 hour charts to trade with. I do look at the daily and weekly for more conformation before I enter a trade, and I always look at sentiment. (fxblue.com) before I pull the trigger.

On the GBP/JPY pair I can see it dropping down to 151.860, I'll post a chart soon to explain why I think that.

I think it drops down and then continues it's climb north.

GBP/JPY 4 hour chart.

Okay here's why I said that I can see GBP/JPY drop to 151.860.

Look to the left, I see Wednesday and Thursday buyers are still in profit. The market maker has already made his move heading south now.

I think those Wednesday and Thursday buyers are on borrowed time because their profit is going bye bye. Every hour that goes by their profit is going to shrink.

If I was the market maker I sure would come back and take those buyers out.

I see the market maker coming back about 83 pips, which is my old high school football number from 48 years ago. We went undefeated that year.

And if it cuts through 151.860 like a hot knife through butter then it could go all the way down to 148.360 then turn 180 degrees and head north on a big move higher.

Sentiment is 74% sellers right now as I type this.

I highly recommend that you check the sentiment when the market opens and see where it's at before you pull the trigger.

Hopefully everyone see's the head and shoulders on the chart. Which points to the north.

The last candle is red, is below the 200 ma, which is bearish on a 4 hour chart. This is where you can get confused. Don't get confused, if the sentiment stays above 70% us buyers are good to go.

How far north ? It could reach 154.900 by the Wednesday or Friday.

If sellers sentiment 74, does it mean the MM will nearly come and buy to trap these sellers? Can you tell us what we must do according to sentiment generally.

When the scales weigh 74 % sellers and 25 % buyers. The market maker will go after the larger herd 9 out of 10 times.

LO after 2 hours. it met the 50 MA and returned to respect the high line last Monday.William met -50 and turned around preparing to cross the 20 MA and passed. Great for setup.
