Swaps

I've been trading with my current broker for 3.5 years now and I noticed pairs that used to have positive swaps, EURAUD(short), AUDJPY(long) and CADJPY(long), had become negative few months ago.

What's up with that? Can anyone shed some light on this please? This morning broker's help desk said that their treasury sets the swaps and that someone is going to get back to me with an explanation, which I'm still waiting for ...

likely a case of your broker increasing their holding charges but also don't forget AU lowered rates recently so whatever meat was on the bone just became less.

my broker has positive swaps.........A/J 3.5..E/A 8.2..C/J 4.1..
obviously your friendly broker wants more money...
