Hi
Is there a way to get a script coded so that all current drawings (vertical lines, rectangles, trendlines, etc) in the chart can be hidden (not deleted) by using a hotkey; and then brought back by another hotkey?
I was thinking maybe code a script so that when pressing a hotkey (toggle on), all current drawings are automatically changed to be under "visualization on M1 timeframe" only - which i never use, and hence would dissapear/get hidden on my regular timeframes (eg. M15, H1, etc). Then by pressing another hotkey (toggle off), the default setting of "visualization on all timeframes" is selected; hence all drawings are back on the charts.
The reason i want to do this is i have multiple drawings and on the chart, and sometimes when backtesting, i want to quickly see a clean chart (no drawings) so that i can contruct a plan accordingly.
I know it can be done by saving 2 different templates, but i wanted a faster way of doing it, instead of right clicking and applying template A and then template B over and over again. Also if i make changes to my drawings (say for eg i change a horizontal line) then i have to SAVE the template again, and on and on.
With a hotkey, it would be quicker, just to toggle on - show drawings only on M1 timeframe; toggle off - to show drawings on all timeframes.
I hope that makes sense?
Thanks
