Need Hotkeys to Zoom-out (MetaEditor)

Hi, I accidentally zoomed-in (enlarged) the text size of MetaEditor 4, but I cannot find the hotkeys to zoom-out (contract) the text size back to normal, can anyone help ? Thanks

Under tools, you should find options, select the character size which I assume should be 12

just move mouse scroll wheel with Ctrl key pressed

I don't think there is a hotkey. Attached for the solution to fix the font / text size permanently.

Yes, I unintentionally pressed some keys and didn't know what keys that I had pressed
