I don't know if this has been mentioned before but the EA is closing trades I enter manually that don't even use the EA's indicators.

Mexirican,

Can you post the log files and the messages in the "Expert' and "Journal" tab. Are you using any other EA in the same MT4?

Thanks

The closed result should be higher because 3 1 hr trades should be closed. Will show on Sunday, I guess.

From June 5 to Nov. 22 2019

Hi,

Would it possible to add inverse trade option,
E.g so when a buy signal is generated it puts a sell trade in and vise versa.

Thank

Almost back to ATH

Happy Holidays to everyone, this might be the last update as I need to fund a live account for further testing, I will keep this demo going until then.

Default except Kijun (which I do not use) I think 26 is a preferred setting

Reality check...DD is terrible. I was wondering about the range we have been in on the Daily and was hoping it would break and we could see how the strategy responds.

It's funny because the start of the testing was on an uptrend and it recovered nicely. My concern is that these levels of DD would not be tolerated in a live account and I would be into margin calls by now. The broker is Axitrader

SAD DAY
Bye bye to this EA
I do want to say that this is not the fault of the EA, it did exactly what I told it to do.

Hi @cfudge, congrats on your strategy, I see a great potential on it. I’ve been testing your entry rules and could find some possible improvements (would be good to have these options on the EA, so we could backtest it and see if it really works): 1- Option to trade without volume and volatility filter, so we can take more trades; 2- Use a simple MA with half the period of the Williams %R (MAs with half period are well known for cycle measures), then when MA slope turns up/down, place a limit order at last trough/peak. Please don’t get me wrong,...

This is a good strategy indeed. Besides being ignored when trying to participate, I'm still making good money using it.
