How to attach ea and indicators?

Hello, been demo trading manually for a while, but just recently I became interested in Expert Advisors due to my lack of time in front of the computer. I see all this indicators and ea's in various threads but not sure how to attach them to Metatrader. I would appreciate it if someone would help. Thank you for your help.

Couple steps:

 

1. Download:
   1. EAs to /Metatrader/Experts/ folder
   2. Indicators to /Metatrader/Experts/Indicators folder
   3. Scripts to /Metatrader/Experts/Scripts folder

2. If the file ends with .mq4
   1. Open MetaEditor
   2. Open the file that you downloaded.
   3. Press F5 to compile the file.
   4. Repeat steps 1-3 for all files you downloaded.

3. If the file ends with .ex4 and you finished all of step 2, close metatrader, open metatrader, then drag and drop the indicators/EAs as necessary. `

Which file goes is what experts folder?? Do some EA's have to have their Indicators attached to the chart to work?? Any answers appreciated.

as i dicussed it is a strong tool but you have to marry it with another tool to help you use it properly. if you are trading on meta4 , move your cursor to insert at the top right corner of your platform, click on indicator, a dialog box will pop up , move your cursor to moving trend under it your moving average .

what will show next is a box that has parametre, levels and period. where simple is writen your see a little arrow beside it, there you can change from simple to exponentail , you can also change your periods , shift, i use 0 shift with ema 5, 10 , 14, 21 and 50.

an auto trder is someone'strading method , i what i see in them is that most of them please a long and short orders at them time on a currency , which never possible for the two to be right. but if you can baby seat your autotrader to always close the losing position , good luck to you
