Hey guys, does anyone here use the services of this site?

It's been almost 3 weeks since I have contacted them two times, asking some basic questions about their services and so far no reply.
If a service like the one they provide can't even respond to customers (or in this case, potential customers) in at least 48hs, it raises some serious red flags.
They didn't reply even at their facebook page.
