Is there a method to start the code (Expert) ONLY if CPU usage is below 60% ?
I am running several charts on the same computer and tried everything from optimizing the windows to optimizing MT4, and the code, the code I am using optimize itself and when it does that it consumes all the CPU resources, I can't control the optimization as this is triggered by market conditions and sometimes it happens that more than one chart needs to be optimized.
So I am thinking of adding a condition to start the code/EA only when there is available CPU resources , and I wonder if anyone has done that before ? or maybe has an idea that might help me out.
