Hi,

Anyone out there using Ikon Royal?
I am looking for a new broker, decided to drop FXCM. I opened a demo with Ikon a couple of days ago and so far like what I see. I would like my new brker
to be MT4. From what I see so far Ikon's spreads are as good if not better than Oandas (Oanda is currently my main broker since becoming gradually dissatisfied with FXCM).
I have been using them for 8 months now and really haven't had any problems. The spreads are usually smaller then most other brokers I have looked at. The only thing that was somewhat frustrating was that they were closed for 48 hours over Christmas and New Years, where as other brokers only took off 24 hours, so the huge move was missed... Ehh guess I shouldn't be such a scrooge anyways.
They've got some of the best data and reliability as far as their feed goes, they are my charting demo of choice. The spreads too are very good, ECN level on several pairs.

I trade live with them everyday without any problems to report at this time. Spreads are probably better than any other MT4 broker. Customer support is very helpful the few times I called.

Hey!!

All the prep work should be done this weekend. Then we will have 2 weeks
before leaving for the BVI for 2 weeks. I will be sailing and diving my brains out on Peter Island!
When we get back I have a delivery scheduled, a 42 ft Hunter centercockpit.
From Harve De Grace MD to New London CT. It has in mast furling, generator, A/C, heat pump, color radar overlay on an electronic chart. All the bells and whistles. Depending on weather, trip should be 2-4 days.
So, I'll be getting some sailing in, just not on my boat.

I will demo them foa another weel or so, and am leaning towards opening an acct.
