Would it be possible to show/calculate the Average Entry of {currently} the 2 Long EUR/USD and, of course, the 2 Short also?
Ignored
There is a good chance i will be able to implement this in the existing version. Let me look into it. Would you want to see 2 seperate columns, one for average long entry value and one for average short entry value? Or just one average entry value?

Crossovers {not Cross Pairs}

Oh, and Add GBP/JPY to Currencies

The channels have all been created. I will look into adding gbp/jpy (it's slightly more complicated.)

Most of your stats reports can be generated by exporting the channel history to excel and reporting off that. Perhaps someday I'll build reports to make it easier.

Merlin-

It looks like there's interest. I can't find your email address in your profile. Can you shoot me an email with your ideas on integration?

Good Morning;

Hi Girdle,
It appears that when I enter a position in the LFTS, It is giving me the Benifit {not the Cost} of the spread.

ie. I am Selling at the Ask and Buying at the Bid. At least on Entry. Will check the Exits a little closer next time.

Morning Bemac,

For the sake of simplicity, I am not taking spreads into account when pulling the current value. The purpose of tracking the purchase price of orders is simply to give an idea of how successful that trader has been, not an exact pip gain. Plus, spreads vary from one broker to the next. So it is entirely possible to quickly open and close a trade and break even on your FXTS score. So any deviation you in your open and closing prices had to have been a result of market movement. Does that sound likely?

We need to decide on an acronym. Who votes for FXTS and who votes for LFTS?

I understand about the spread and it seems reasonable to accept as altering it to be included {I'm sure} would, not only be a nightmare, but would have to be constantly updated as New Borkers arrive.

Regarding the acronym, I apologize if I have started any confusion. I took the LFTS from the Display Window before I realized the Icon is labeled FXTS.

I do like the Live part of it though.
So I vote for LFTS

just thinking here.

Where is LFTS getting it's prices from and are they being stored any where that they could be retrieved from to eventually compile historical data?

Prices are actually pulled from sites on the internet (with redundancy.) If we fail to get a rate from the first priority site, we try the second, and so on. I think I have three sites configured in my database currently.

The price values are stored in the historical tables. The column structure for the history table is: User, Currency, Position, OpenValue, CloseValue, DateOpened, DateClosed.

So yeah, we could compile historic data from it. What did you have in mind?
