What is the pips range on average for this report?

You go back to previous month's charts and check if it created any movement. Last July, it moved GBPUSD for about 10~15 pips.

I think this month's report will make a difference of 30 pips or more on the eurusd (abotu 60 on the GBPUSD). My reasoning behind this is because of the tight ranges the past day or so... The market seems to be looking for a catalyst.
