Thank you for your advice book! I'll read it when I have enough free time. Wouldn't it be much more beautiful to show us a CURVE instead of typing all the day? Come on man, shut my mouth by showing us a simple image of your CURVE.

Believe me, I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER believe so called traders' words unless I can see a CURVE for at least three years. Please don't try to argue with me. Right now that I'm typing this, there are 18 traders viewing this thread. Please don't waste their time. They're expecting something real.

Finally, something came up. This is absolutely interesting. You're inspiring to me. Is this the result of you adopting PASR?

Hi Joseph,
You seem to misunderstand what trading is about. I for one believe that for every trader there is, there is a different way of trading. Even if you manage to get Strat to show you his equity curve, I doubt you will ever become profitable because the system is only 10%. The rest 90% is psychology and how you approach the system (which will make or break a trader, trust me!). Strat can never teach me you nor me how he trades because EVERYONE HAS DIFFERENT RISK APPETITE.

Once you see that a simple MA crossover system can be profitable with good money management, any system is profitable. It is YOU who decides whether a system is profitable or not. You should stop jumping strategies and learn one so well that you know what to look out for. PASR is a good place to start, although I know personally of professional traders who use so many indicators, I can't see Price at all.

Go read Strat's 5 steps to becoming a profitable trader! (I believe you are still at 1.)

EDIT: You really need to keep your attitude in check or you will never be successful in trading..

Hey Suranga! Nice trades!

I have a question regarding your GBP/JPY 1hr trade. Can you explain your second entry. I do not see any PA that confirm that action.
I think that the BuEB /3 bars before your entry/ is the better entry. BueB + breaking off the shadow for me seems the best setup here. Did you take these trades differently than PASR? Sorry if my question is already been answered.

Best regards and green pips,
Emil Ushev

Yes, good entry. Maybe you could have improved your RR on the GJ trade with a smaller sl since momentum was so strong. Price was very fast which does not happen every day.
Fix up, trade sharp ...

PASR {quote} but one thing i cant grasp or base any type of decision making on is the Strat Shadow There is SO MUCH you have not understood about PASR! i dont know if its a brain freeze (like a permanent one) or im just too dumb to understand it. Whatever it is, you need to find out why and understand it like the back of your hand for what its worth im looking at these on the 4hr for the coming week You have not mastered PASR on the daily time frame yet so why are you looking at H4? Until you understand PASR on the daily you should FORGET all shorter...

Thanks for the input Strat. I'm sorry, I've been losing focus lately and drifting in different directions. I will try and get back to plain PASR.

As for the fella riding that high horse. Step down a bit mate. I think you will find yourself in the wrong place pretty soon......Good Luck......

GBPJPY trade was not just a 1Hr trade. Its combination of big boss, boss analysis and with the understanding of Strat Shadow & and how PRICE behaves in a trend. keep reading the both threads and keep watching strat's trend trading chart's for PRICE structure. when you practice your eyes then one day you will get to a point that by just looking at chart you will see a good trend structure and trade.

Read both threads. study M5 trend trading charts. This is what I am doing when I am not trading. both these threads are gold mines if somebody wishing to put some time and effort. You will amazed with the knowledge it has.

Thanks Suran!

Still reading both threads. I will not hurry, I am still learning basic stuff. Went I spent more time and I gain more knowledge hope to see the market structure better! Reviewing my notes and threads is still my main thing to do. Doing analysis every day and then learning. I keep notes and review them often.

Thanks for for contributing and be helping others!

Best regards,
Emil

Hello!

So after a few months break of trading and only reading and paper (f12) trading, started again this week.

The most important thing i noted when i was reviewing my old (loosing) trades was that i need to stop try to bottom/top picking (i.e. trading against the trend) as well as not trade into important S/R zones + WAITING for candle close.
I know this are the most basic things but it seems that it is quite hard to really follow this.

However, this was a GBP/NZD H4 Trade this week:

After closing the trade the candle shot straight through the R, but for me it looked like it has some troubles breaking the R, so i closed in profit.

I took a backward step in August trying to trade too much. So it is back to basics - support to 1st resistance, EURNZD on the daily.

BB was in an uptrend, although I was worried about the 200 lurking above my resistance line at 1.7512ish but my TP was below the 200. Boss closed as a bullish bar last week, with a long tail, a test off 1.7, and a close above my support line at 1.7323ish.

Worker on the 12th closed as hammer like, off the 200, I waited for the confirmation on the 13th, with a close above my support line and the 20, before entering on Sunday night. I exited slightly too early when price was at resistance:

That trade would have been much better if you buy the break of that Daily bar (black line in my chart ). or else you could go down to H4 and check PRICE retest the Support and Strat shadow.
